Great article, I am an experienced natural lifter, but have only been focusing hard on progression for about 6 months and have seen an efficient increase in both my strength and size gains. I just recently took the next step in focusing on diet by bulking properly (real food every few hours, not mickey Ds and whataburger) and am realizing that I dont HAVE to eat 100% clean or precisely every 3 hours, just need to eat ENOUGH to fuel my body properly. Its a marathon, not a race. Great tips here for your average every day guy who lifts as a hobby and personal challenge but wants to do more than just show up at the gym a few times a week.
* Testosterone-Propionate is optimal but Testosterone-Cypionate or Testosterone-Enanthate can be used if the Propionate is a problem for you.
* Trenbolone-Acetate will really set this cycle off more so than any steroid in the stack. If you respond poorly to the hormone you might replace it with Masteron-Propionate at a dosing of 300mg per week; three injections of 100mg each.
* While Equipoise on its own is not a great mass builder, coupled with Testosterone-Propionate and the initial Dianabol use you will produce some very solid gains and see your strength increase very nicely. Further, EQ will promote a more conditioned look while you’re still growing.
* Arimidex may not be needed for some but most will be best served with this low dose. If aromatase related side-effects become a problem you will need to increase the dose to 1mg/eod and in most all men this will eliminate the problems.
* How much weight can you gain from this cycle? That’s a hard question to answer; it will greatly depend on how high your calorie intake is. If you are eating a maintenance level diet you may be able to put on 7-10lbs of tissue, this is excluding any water weight that might come with the Dianabol but any water weight will dissipate shortly after it’s discontinued. Further, the Arimidex will greatly help control this issue. Moreover, the higher your carb intake is above necessity the more water you’ll probably hold.
There are other steroids we can add that while not considered the best bulking steroids, they're still pretty fantastic; this largely includes oral steroids such as Anadrol and Dianabol. Both of these steroids will promote mass significantly and more rapidly than any of the three listed above. Even so, they're going to promote a substantial amount of possible water retention if you're not careful, and the gains can be a little harder to hold onto as compared to Testosterone, Trenbolone and Nandrolone. Another useful steroid that may be added would be Equipoise; while not an extremely powerful mass builder, by the way it will increase muscular endurance, as well as promote recovery it can be a fine addition. Beyond these three steroids, the most beneficial item to add to your bulking steroid is hands-down Human Growth Hormone (HGH). Through HGH use, you're not going to gain a lot of muscle tissue over night, but you will create a more powerful bulking machine. Your total anabolic activity will be tremendously increased, as well as metabolic activity, and this will allow for a far more powerful and clean bulking atmosphere. IGF-1 can also be used for similar reasons, but in both cases, HGH and IGF-1 you must plan for long-term supplementation if such hormones are going to make a notable difference.
